Glenarm River

The Glenarm is a medium sized (2-20m) spate river with a large head of wild brown trout which can be taken with dry and wet fly especially during April, May and June. June sees the arrival of sea trout which continue to run the river to the end of the season. There will be a few salmon in June and July the best of this fishing is from August to October and as well as fly fishing, spinning and worming may be allowed depending on water height. A ghillie service at £50/day is available with prior notice.
