Picnics / Disposable BBQ's
Picnic tables are available throughout the Park for anyone wishing to bring packed lunches.
Many of our picnic tables contain grills for using disposable BBQ’s. These are located in the main car park, at the visitor centre, in the games field and at the picnic area opposite the Lions House. These areas cannot be pre-booked unless for permanent BBQ hire.
If you bring disposable BBQ’s to the Park we would ask that you approach staff to arrange for their safe disposal and to ensure that they are not left on grass or picnic tables, as this can cause scorch marks. Please do not dispose of these BBQs within litter or dog bins as this can create a fire hazard.
