The Chaine Memorial is a replica round tower, which was built to honour James Chaine who contributed so much to the growth of Larne Harbour.  The tower has stood guard over Larne Lough since 1887.

War Memorial (The Cenotaph) was unveilled in March 1922 in memory of the 147 men from the area who had died in World War 1.  The Cenotaph was placed between the Laharna Hotel and the Methodist Church.
