Santa Train 2013
It’s hard to believe it but Santa will be taking time out of his busy schedule to open his grotto at Carnfunnock's Family Fun Zone again this winter! A festive train ride on the Carnfunnock Express will take you to see Santa, receive a photo and a present for £9.00 per child and £3.00 per adult. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Opening times (all subject to weather conditions) are as follows:
- Saturday 23rd & Sunday 24th November (12.00 – 4.00pm)
- Saturday 30th Nov & Sunday 1st December (12.00 – 4.00pm)
- Saturday 7th & Sunday 8th December (12.00 – 4.00pm)
- Saturday 14th & Sunday 15th December (12.00 – 4.00pm)
- Saturday 21st & Sunday 22nd December (12.00 – 4.00pm)

The Activity Centre Snack Stop, operated by Caffé Spice, will also be open from 11.00am – 4.00pm on the days when the Christmas train is operational. Festive fare including gingerbread lattes, Christmas cookies and mince pies will be on offer to warm you up and get you in the Christmassy spirit. Don’t forget although parts of the park close for the winter, the adventure playground, public toilets, walled garden and general walks remain open all year round subject to weather and ground conditions. (Closed Christmas Day) The Driving Range and Golf Academy also remains open throughout the year.
