The Building (Prescribed Fees) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2013 came into operation on 8 April 2013.
We intend to provide a link to a revised fee calculator on the BCNI website when all software updates are in place.
In the interim, please contact your local Building Control Service for advice on fee calculation.
