Fuel Poverty
Larne Borough Council in conjunction with Northern Health and Social Services Board, Department for Social Development and Northern Ireland Electricity are funding a scheme to help to alleviate fuel poverty by providing assessments and grants to increase the fuel efficiency of people’s homes. Subject to certain criteria people can be eligible for a new central heating system, thermostatic controls and/or home insulation. For more information contact the Environmental Health Service.
