Water Sports
Sailing is a popular sport in Larne, and visitor berths are available from the East Antrim Boat Club in Larne Lough, Glenarm Harbour, Carnlough Harbour and Ballylumford Harbour. The harbour master can be contacted through Larne Tourist Information Centre.
Competitive sailing events are held regularly in the Lough and the waters around Islandmagee are some of the best in Ireland for diving. North Irish Lodge can provide instruction and dives for experienced divers. Boat charter is also available.
