Vehicle Parking

Parking charges apply at various times throughout the year. However there are certain exemptions:

Season pass holders
Season passes offer great value and are sold in the form of a vehicle disc. The season runs from March / April (upon official opening) until October / November inclusive and the season pass provides free parking for this period only. Season passes are issued subject to terms and conditions – see below. Reduced rates are available for senior citizens.

Season passes can be obtained from the following locations:
- Larne Tourist Information Centre, Narrow Gauge Road, Larne
- Larne Borough Council, Smiley Buildings, Victoria Road, Larne
- Carnfunnock Country Park Barrier and Visitor Centre.

Disabled drivers / groups
Free parking is available for disabled drivers / groups, on production of a disabled parking pass issued by the Department of Regional Development and subject to available spaces.

Royal Horticultural Society Members
As the walled garden is a Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) Free Access Garden entrance is permitted free of charge for valid cardholders during July and August only.

Carnfunnock Driving Range & Golf Academy Customers
Normal parking charges apply. Customers are advised to become members of the Driving Range as membership includes a Carnfunnock Country Park season pass. This season pass must be displayed on the vehicle to gain free exit from the Park.
